Joe Beard joined Perot Jain as a Partner in 2015. His career has spanned several different industries including investment banking, semiconductor manufacturing, the military and a few years as an entrepreneur. He spent several years advising CEOs on raising capital, strategy, and how to create maximum value out of M&A and IPO transactions. He is now focused on delivering the same sound advice and strategies to the Perot Jain portfolio.
Joe is an Army brat who has lived all over the US. When not on the soccer fields with his kids, you will probably find him on the golf course playing bogey golf. He was lucky enough to marry a woman from Hawaii which happens to be his favorite place to visit. Joe enjoys physical fitness and tries to get in the gym a few times a week.

Anurag Jain is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Perot Jain. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Access Healthcare. Anurag's career has centered around entrepreneurship and senior executive roles in the IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing sectors. As an entrepreneur, senior executive and venture capital investor, Anurag brings a unique perspective to all portfolio company discussions.
Anurag's passion for entrepreneurship can only be matched by his passion and commitment to his family. He is fascinated by technological innovation and is always in possession of the latest gadget. In his spare time, Anurag loves to watch cricket, especially when the India national cricket team is playing.
Ross Perot, Jr. is a co-founder of Perot Jain. He also currently serves as the Chairman of both The Perot Group and Hillwood. Ross began his career in the Air Force prior to firmly planting his entrepreneurial flag in the technology services sector. He founded, scaled and successfully exited one of the most recognized technology companies in the world. His insights regarding organizational leadership, strategy and sustainable growth are invaluable to the Perot Jain portfolio.
Not many kids can say they grew up in data centers collecting computer punch cards for fun but that was a memorable part of Ross' childhood. While in the Air Force, Ross developed a passion for flying. In 1982, he was the first person to ever complete a helicopter flight around the world - 26,000 miles. His helicopter, The Spirit of Texas, is still on display in the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum.
