Ross Perot Jr. serves as Chairman of The Perot Group, which manages the various Perot family interests that include real estate, oil and gas, and financial investments. Additionally, Mr. Perot is Chairman of Hillwood, a Texas-based, leading global real estate development company he founded in 1988.

That same year, Mr. Perot developed Fort Worth Alliance Airport, the country’s first industrial airport, through a unique public-private partnership. The airport now anchors AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use community in North Texas. The area is home to the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone, an integrated testbed for both surface and air mobility technology to test, scale and commercialize. Since its inception, AllianceTexas has generated more than $100 billion in regional economic impact.

Mr. Perot is co-founder of Perot Systems Corporation and served in various roles within the company, including CEO, Chairman of the Board, and member of its Board of Directors. Perot Systems was acquired by Dell Inc. in 2009, at which time Mr. Perot joined their Board of Directors where he served until 2013.

As an aviation enthusiast, Perot completed the first helicopter flight around the world in less than 30 days in 1982 and served as a pilot in the United States Air Force. Mr. Perot then became chairman of the Air Force Memorial Foundation, leading the 14-year effort to build the United States Air Force Memorial in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Perot currently serves on the boards of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) and the Hoover Institution. He also is Board Member Emeritus for both Vanderbilt University and the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

Anurag Jain is the Managing Partner of Perot Jain, a Dallas-based venture capital firm, founded by Mr. Jain and his long-time business partner, Ross Perot Jr. Additionally, he serves as Chairman and CEO of Access Healthcare, a healthcare services platform transforming the revenue cycle management industry.

Under Mr. Jain’s leadership, Perot Jain has made over 70 investments in industry-transforming companies, and Access Healthcare has scaled from 100 people in 2012 to over 25,000 employees today. Further, Mr. Jain, together with Mr. Perot, owns a stake in the Texas Super Kings, a Major League Cricket franchise.

Prior to leading Perot Jain and Access Healthcare, Mr. Jain co-founded Brigade Corporation, an international customer support company, and was an early pioneer in India’s IT outsourcing industry as a founder of Vision Healthsource.

Mr. Jain views philanthropy and corporate social responsibility as core tenets in both his personal life and business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the US India Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman-Emeritus of the North Texas Food Bank. In March 2020, he launched a COVID-19 food relief and recovery program, Get Shift Done, which was named the #1 Most Innovative Not-For-Profit Organization in 2021 by Fast Company magazine. Along with fellow entrepreneurs, he has also mobilized medical equipment and supplies to India for the Indian Red Cross, OxygenForIndia.org and GiveIndia.org.

Mr. Jain received his MBA from the University of Michigan and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) in Pilani, India.
